To get this syntax highlighting you gonna need to do the following:
1- open sublime text 3
2- open package control (which can be downloaded by searching in command pallete)
3- Search for Enki theme in Package control
4- after downloading the package (Enki theme) a new syntax called "console" will be added to your syntax list
5- choose it for your scripts
6- have fun
