HELP! EXTREME BUG!

Help! I restarted my server with several working skript commands and after the restart, none of them worked!
I reinstalled the code, the plugin, even the scripts, and nothing worked!
I am running the latest version of skript and everything!
I also have no skript errors, everything seems to be working fine... except for the commands. The skripts are enabled. Im so confused!
Help!

Which version of Skript are you using?
Which version of Spigot are you using?

(do not say latest)

Check your console, are there any errors when Skript attempts to start up?

Try updating to Paper 1.14.4 ... theres tons of bugs in the early 1.14 series, and no absolutely no need to be running anything in the 1.14 series other than 1.14.4

I doubt that 1.14.4 is causing more lag than 1.14. If anything, its the exact opposite.

That said, I don't know what else to say, if you are running an outdated version of the 1.14.x series, you're going to run into issues.
