Reverted to Java 8

Due to multiple Bugs which where present, see Bugs, i decided to revert the used JVM version from 11 to 8.

Note: Sadly that means SkIDE has to be reinstalled since the updater can´t update the runtime.
The versions using Java 8(from 2019.1u4) will not start when used by the java 11 Installation.

The updates between 2019.1u1 and u4 contained several features and fixes, like: Slightly altered dark theme, comments being shown in the auto complete and some other things.
