Very good add-on but NametagEdit's functions doesn't work for me, i've last version of Skellett and NametagEdit but nothing work (can't understand this expression)
Effect: set player's tag prefix to "test"

This is a java version issue. Try using a java 8 version from oracle.

The second bug shouldn't be happening. That's very strange and is a simple fix. You can disable armour stands to fix that for the moment.

this addon don't function very good , when I create a script with an event of packet the server doesn't do anything!

Try updating your Skript version and your Spigot version to the latest, also make sure you have the option packets enabled in the SyntaxToggles.yml of Skellett. Please report all bugs in the discussion page of any addon rather than the review section.
