Suggested name: CustomEnchants

What I want:
I'm searching for a skript that contains these 2 enchantments:
"

• Explosive : this is a custom effect, which will blow up surrounding blocks. It has an option of auto smelt. This Explosive effect works with MineResetLitePlus's mined block counting as well as Lucky Block feature!
• Excavation : this is a custom effect, It is just like Explosive but it will remove entire cuboid

"
Like in vk2gpz's java plugin TokenEnchant.
(I'm not searching for the Token system, only for the Custom Enchants)

Ideas for commands: no commands

Ideas for permissions: no permissions

When I'd like it by: A reasonable time

This may be old, but I may want to take on the task of possibly doing this, I made explosive like not too long ago for my prison server but excavation i may want to try.
