every 1 second:
    remove 1 from {timer}
    #set {_parsedtimer} to "%{timer}%" parsed as time span
    #broadcast "%{parsedtimer}% %{timer}%"

        execute console command "lc respawn 1"
        set {timer} to 7200

Can someone help me? How can I turn timer variable into hours and seconds and place it on parsed timer variable?
