hello, the skript i need is when player places stone,
skript creating upper block of this stone to emerald block
i mean when player places stone's generating to emerald block

You want to generate emerald block above the stone or at same location?

on place:
    event-block is stone:
        set block at event-location to emerald block
        stop

    event-block is stone:
        set {_up} to location above event-location
        set block at {_up} to emerald block
        stop
