I want to make it remove 1 wither skeleton skull out of my inventory but it not working can some1

if player is holding a wither skeleton skull named "&7Wither Skull Blaster":
remove player's held item from player's inventory
spawn a wither skull at location in front of player's eyes

on rightclick with wither skeleton skull:
  if name of player's held item is "&7Wither Skull Blaster":
    remove 1 of player's held item from player's held item
    spawn a wither skull at location in front of player's eyes
