If you added some additional information, this might be easier to answer.
I haven't used Skellet, but I can assume that you'd need PlaceholderAPI (PAPI) installed before you can use it, which wasn't mentioned in your original response. Could you verify that you have this plugin installed?
If the issue persists, I would suggest referring to skript-reflect, because it's well within my knowledge that references to PAPI work well with that addon.
