i want to basically do following:
Code: 
on chat:
    cancel event
    broadcast "%colored player's prefix% %player%: %message%"
but my output is &#E7FF00&lT&#EDFE17&le&#F3FD2F&ls&#F9FC46&lt | Notch: Hello World
