Custom Crafting Recipies

So I'm trying to make a crafting recipe that uses 5 stacks diamond ores to make a hardened diamond but even though if you don't add 5 stacks and only add 5 diamond ores it still crafts a hardened diamond?

Also the "glowing" doesn't work.

on load:
register new shapeless recipe for glowing diamond block named "&9&lHardened Diamond&r" using 64 diamonds, 64 diamonds, 64 diamonds, 64 diamonds, 64 diamonds, air, air, air, air

It doesn't give me any errors.
