Major spin troll fix

Changelog:
- The spin troll was fixed, it used to spin your self not the targeted player

Troll.SK added 1 feature and fixed 1 problem (Small update)

Changelog:
- added FakeMessage (Supports PermissionsEx prefixes)
- Removed the in-build json.sk in the .sk file (It made it hard to find the options)

Message spam, push fixes

Bug fixes:
When you execute a troll it spams you with messages this has been fixed
The troll push message was the same as freeze fixed
