Players were able to sent items into their offhand by hovering over an item and then pressing F, then players would be able to hover over any slot in the pouch and move the item there by pressing F again. This has now been fixed to not allow players to move pouches from the offhand while in the pouch inventory.

Fixed offhand bug
Right clicking with the pouch in the offhand would open a null pouch which could accept inputs but would not have its data saved anyway easily retrievable.

Fixed Bug + 1.18 Works
Bug Related to being able to swap items in the pouch with an item in the hotbar to make the pouch move into the pouch has been fixed. Please update your version
1.18 has been tested and works fine!
