You've hardcoded so many things and This script only supports permissionsEx and In your arguments of [<Offline Player>] you could just used [<text>] or [<String>] and You don't use else stratments in command for toggle and untoggle this will increase
the server tps by 2 wich will make it laggy even for a server with 4GB of RAM
