JSON Editor​

A lightweight in-game JSON editor for Skript that lets you view and edit JSON files directly from Minecraft.

Features​

  • Open JSON files with /editjson <file>
  • Files are loaded relative to the plugins folder
  • Browse JSON objects and arrays through a GUI
  • Supports multiple pages for large JSON files
  • Edit booleans by clicking them
  • Edit numbers using a real Anvil GUI
  • Edit strings through chat input
  • Edit null values through chat input
  • Navigate through nested objects and arrays
  • Save changes back to the original JSON file
  • Pretty-prints JSON when saving
  • Prevents paths from escaping the plugins directory
  • Simple map-based GUI for displaying JSON nodes
  • Supports JSON objects, arrays, strings, numbers, booleans and null values

Command​

/editjson <file>

Example:

/editjson myfile/entity/knight.json

This will edit:

plugins/myfile/entity/knight.json

The editor is designed to make small JSON changes easy without having to leave the server or manually edit files.
