How to fix this command...its not working for me

command /test:
    trigger:
        add "test" to player's permissions

[21:05:52 ERROR]: permissions  of the player can't have anything added to it (test.sk, line 38: add "test" to player's permissions')

I am pretty sure this effect requires skQuery..
