Really, never use on any move/on move ever. There's more than likely a better way to do whatever you want to doWith a lot of entities, this will be a lag machine. Never use "on move" in a situation like this.
Give me some more detail on like, when do you want the mob to be frozen? How long is it frozen for? Does the freeze have conditions?how i can freeze mob

If you dont want to fo what YoshYz suggested, I suggest too, you can loop all entities in a radius of 25 of the player, and check if they're villager, then apply slowness 500 to themi need to freeze villager all the time

Agreed.In this way , he still can be moved by collisions etc , best thing is just disable AI.
