on join:
    if {mining::%player%} is not set:
        set {mining::%player%} to 0

command /mining:
    permission: player.mining
    trigger:
        send "&cYour mining level is &7{mining::%player%}."

When I do /mining it gives me this, I want it to give me a number.

There you go, make sure you dont forget to add the % signs.

Code:
