Troubleshooting:
No idea, worked on my other server, switched files over and it doesn't now. I also have updated some addonds but this was after it wasn't working.
Have you tried searching the docs? No, nothing on there can help.

What other methods have you tried to fix it? Changing the function name, reloading/restarting server, updating addons
[doublepost=1486605205,1486604642][/doublepost]EDIT: No longer an error for the function, has to be inside the skript being used? but it works across multiple skripts... very very odd.
I do have a problem however with advanced footer/header from umbaska/skyrayfall, tried both same null error in console, and It's in a on join segment of code. No idea ;/
