Have a variable that isn't empy, then use this code below in a text string.
code_language.skript:
%{variable}%

Here's an example.
code_language.skript:
command /test:
    trigger:
        set {_test} to amount of players
        give player 1 diamond sword with lore "||Players Online: %{_test}}%"
