Teleporting an entity riding another entity

Skript Version: Skript 2.6.1
Minecraft Version: 1.18.2

When I try teleporting an entity, it always dismounts them, is there a way to teleport the entity, but always keep it riding the vehicle, but stay midair? Is there a way to do this without using too many addons?
