summon item from nbt

Hey, i tried to summon item using /paper dumpitem, copy and summon but it doesnt work cuz summon doesnt support /summon itemname{...} after that i tried in skript
idk where put code cuz im new:
command /test:
trigger:
set {_item} to player head

drop {_item} at player
but this dont work, can anyone help me?

Idk how to do with string nbt but you can do

set tag "NBTTag" of item's nbt to "value"
