Sorted/Group Tablist

What I want:
I would like to have my tablist sorted into groups, (ex: owner, staff, ranks, everyone else)
I love how the bungee tablist works, maybe something like that. With rows/columns .
So if a player has a certain permission, they will be put into one of those categories.
Also, have it so each player has their rank (from vault/pex) infront of their name
Here is a bungee TabList example. But rather than SERVERS on the side, RANKS

Ideas for commands:
none are necessary
Ideas for permissions:
permission for each rank, like tablist.owner, tablist.admin
When I'd like it by: Soon would be nice, but in no absolute rush

Hey, the plan is actually to remove the bungee tablist!
I was running a network for a while of 2 servers, and dropped it down to 1 server.

The only reason I kept the bungee was because that tablist is the ONLY tablist I have found that I like so far that shows player ranks.
I want something like that without having to use bungee basically

You can create a system with MundoSk and ProtocolLib or Skellett and TablistAPI. Then use Skungee to get the bungeecord information and send data.

Thanks, I will see what I can find, A lot of this stuff is confusing for me, but I am sure I can figure it out.
I won't need Skungee as I'm planning on getting rid of the bungee, because Im not actually using it, but thanks
