Skript region at player problem

Hello, I am trying to make a fly-in-spawn skript, but the region at player thing doesn't work.

I tried it in localhost and it worked, but when I tried it on a dedicated server it didn't seem to work.
Sorry for my bad english

FIXED: I forgot to loop the players. The thing was under a "every 3 seconds"
