I would like to know if anyone knows how to set the event state so for instance how to set the event state to CAUGHT_FISH.

I would also like to know how to make the player reel in a mob.

Code:
import:
    org.bukkit.event.player.PlayerFishEvent

on PlayerFishEvent:
    send "%event.getState().name()%" to event.getPlayer()
    if "%event.getState().name()%" is "CAUGHT_FISH":
          set {_item} to "diamond" parsed as item
          event.getCaught().setItemStack({_item})
