Skript not liking quotes

I'm trying to make a skript that hides all the plugins and sends a fake plugins message to the player. However, skript keeps saying there's an error whenever i reload

Here's my code:

command /plugins:
    description: List the server's plugins.
    usage: /plugins
    aliases: /pl, /?, /help
    executable by: players
    permission: skript.plugins.use
    trigger:
        send "<##E97F06>Bukkit Plugins:" to player
        send " <##545454>- <##54FB54>You<###FBFBFB>, <##54FB54>are<###FBFBFB>, <##54FB54>my<###FBFBFB>, <##54FB54>sunshine" to player
