What I want:
I would like a skript that gives players in a radius of 10 blocks blindness for 10 seconds and gives the user speed 2 for 10 seconds when they right click an ink sac called "InkandRun" with a cooldown of 60 seconds
Ideas for commands: /ink&run- to give the player the ink sac "InkandRun"
Ideas for permissions: ink.run
When I'd like it by: As soon as possible, preferably within 3 days
