Skript commands not working

I have skript version 2.6.4 and my command doesnt register i made a little skript just to test this but i get this when i execute it Unknown or incomplete command, see bleow for error test<--[HERE]
and the server version is 1.19.2 spigot
the skript is:

command test:
trigger:
send "hi"

can sombody please help me?

nvm i restarted my server and now it works
