RightClick Function On Custom Block

I wanna make a factory block but dont know how to make it work i have the rest of the code working but i cant get the function right

on rightclick on polished diorite:
if clicked block name is "&7Factory Tier 1":
open virtual chest inventory with size 3 named "&7Factory Tier 1"

info about the block:
lore: &7Place This Down!
name: &7Factory Tier 1
block: Polished Diorite

Im sure TuSKe uses right-click instead of right click, like SkQuery does, I suggest you switch to SkQuery as its a LOT easier in terms of memorizing commands and stuff
