I wanted to wipe server recipes with skquery's wipe recipes, and it wiped all recipes not just custom ones.
code_language.skript: 
on load:
    wipe server crafting recipes
    register new shaped recipe for nether star named "&5Nether Star" using air, netherrack, air, netherrack, enchantment table, netherrack, air, netherrack, air
    register new shaped recipe for grass using air, dirt, air, dirt, seeds, dirt, air, dirt, air
    register new shaped recipe for blaze rod named "&aHeal Wand" with lore "&9USAGE: &b25 Mana" using air, sunflower, air, sunflower, stick, sunflower, air, sunflower, air
No errors
No errors in console
