Pop firework doesn't work in Spigot 1.14

Does it error (parse/console)?
Try removing some parts of the effect, like only 1 color. It looks like you need a RGB color, use that instead. I also don't see the ability to add multiple colors.

It worked in Minecraft 1.12.2; It spawned two fireworks at the same time, yellow and light blue.
