I have tried to make a magma cream with a name teleports you to a nether spot but it isnt working. Does anyone know why?

on rightclick with magma cream named "&4&l&nNether&f &6&l&nAccess&f &e&l&nFinal&f":
teleport player to -13374176 16 -6138079 in world "world1"

    if name of player's held item is "&4&l&nNether&f &6&l&nAccess&f &e&l&nFinal&f":
        teleport player to location at -13374176, 16, -6138079 in world "world1"
