Hi everybody!

I would like to know how to get the full IDs from a potion item (potion, splash or lingering), and tipped arrow too.

When I use %ids of clicked item% I obtain the principal ID (373 for all potions, 438 for all splash potions and 441 for all lingering potions, and 440 for all tippes arrow). %data of clicked item% don't works here, always 0.

Any idea?

That's stored in the item/entity's NBT now, you'll have to use skStuff for get that.
