Need Twerking-Crops for 1.15.2

I wanted to use Twerking Crops for 1.15.2 but its only for 1.12.2 so tried to make it my self with skript.
This is my first time using skript so i need some help.
I need to be able to crouch or left click with a hoe on wheat crops and for them to grow. Thanks for any help!
This is what i tried:
on leftclick on wheat:
set block to "wheat:7"

ok you need to change the age of the wheat
