need help summoning items

so basically i want to summon an item instead of dropping it cuz when i drop it it bounces and moves, i dont want it to have gravity when dropping i want to summon it

if just drop then its "drop <item> at location(0, 0, 0)"

I believe in the effect to drop an item, there is an optional flag to remove velocity.

drop %itemtypes/experiences% [%directions% %locations%] [(without velocity)]
