need help on league skript

hello i wanted to do a league skript but i dont know how i should do it i tryed many ways so this is what i wanted it to look like

the leagues are:
gold
silver
bronze

so for a kill you get 5 points and if you die you loose 10 points and i want that the guy with the most points gets the gold rank and that all players who has 5% less points than the best player also get the gold rank and the players which has 10% less points then the best player gets the silver rank and the player which has 15% less points than the best player gets the bronze rank

use math to calculate percentages (set divided to points/100, then check if divided*percent is less than points)

I recommend googling on how to calculate percentages and memorize that stuff, you should then have a better idea in how to do it
