it doesn't works :c I don't think, that skript (the main plugin) is the Problem. I think it's skrayfall or skquery :3 Because some Features works :c
 
I'm pretty sure there is a problem with multiple plugins, because the format effect (SkQuery) and 'if event-block is sign' isn't working either (Skript) the others are (I think) Skript's fault as well

Which version of SkQuery are you using?
 
When you are in-game, type /version SkQuery
Also type /version Skript, and tell me what comes out

"give Player X of item" also doesn't work
 
In that case it's definitely a Skript problem, but the old Skript doc gives this as an example, so try this:
code_language.skript: 
give a diamond pickaxe of efficiency 5 to the player

I think I know what the problem is. It's with the aliases. Try using this as your aliases-english.sk
 
No problem, not very handy from me that I didn't notice all the errors were from aliases, but it's fixed now
