Requirements
Modern Skript, 2.9+ (mostly tested on 2.10)
Skript-Reflect (for everything)
SkBee (for cooldown and bossbar stuff)
SkQuery (For small caps)
PaperMC or derivatives for NMS based things (for vision stuff)

Add formatting support for small caps

Now things inside <> are ignored! This allows for hex colors. You can also use this for MiniMessage and other formatters with the small caps syntax. This also adds better support for having normal ampersands that wont be used for formatting. Just put no formatting code after an ampersand.
