How do I remove italics on item names?

When I'm making custom named items in skript (so and so item named "name"), it always sets it automatically to an italicized version even though I didn't set it as italicized. I have looked on the forums and online but I haven't found anything. Is there something I can do in the config to make it not automatically italicize the item name? Or is there a way to do something like "italic:false" like in command block nbt?

Edit: After testing some stuff, I believe this may be a bug with 1.16.1 which automatically sets all items to an italicized version. If this is something in skript, though, thank you in advance for helping.

Yes Nyan, this is currently a bug with Spigot 1.16.1, currently, until they patch it, you cannot do anything about this
