how can i make when the player clicked the npc will send the title to the player?

This is my skript.
The chinese means when the player has the "Guest" permission, and he clicked to the npc#1, will be send the title to players

on npc right click:
if citizen is 1:
If player has the permission "Guest":
send player title "你已經成為&2[&a普通住戶&2]" for 5 seconds
stop

Which portion of your skript isnt working? Errors on reload? and skrayfall/Mc versions?
