Question: How do I make it so that when I delete a variable like {Class::%player%} it doesnt say <none> is the variable?

You would have to take that variable out of the skript in other places where you're referencing it. The value of a variable that doesn't exist will always be <none>.
[doublepost=1502902567,1502902309][/doublepost]instead of deleting it though maybe you could try setting it to " "
like a blank space
set {Class::%player%} to " "
