Solved Does "every second" or "every 3 seconds" lag the server?

Honestly, it really depends how much you add and/or what you use under the event.
 
Unless you have a very small amount of RAM or a load of lines under one event, no. The best way to do it is to call a function when the event occurs that will do what you want.
 
it's better to do a while loop in the skript load event anyways.
