Command on block right click

Can someone help me with making a skript where if u press right click on oak wood stair it will execute a command ? I currently have this and its not working:
on right click:
if clicked block is oak wood stair:
make player execute command "/ecraft"

This code that I've made actually works but there is a problem. As example, the stair faces to the right, it works, but if I will face it to the left, it won't work. Is there any fix for that?
