I was wondering if it is possible for Skript to edit plugin configs if you know any ways of doing so please suggest me how it would be formatted as well.

Can you provide an example code please?Multiple addons handle this in the docs. Searching for the keyword "write" will get you all relevant information.
Not of my own, as I've never used it. All of those have expandable examples in the docs though.
