"An internal error" when I execute the command on a new player

Hello

I have created a skript that will open a menu so staffmembers can choose a rank for the entered name of the player. But when a new player joines the server and I then execute the command on the new player, i get " An internal error occured while attempting to perform this command." But this isn't the case with players that have certain permissions or players that have been on the server for a while.

please help.

i think the name of your chest is too long. Try using a shorter one.

That's inefficient, he could only add groups to players that are online.

Just want to know the problem , so i can try to solve it.
At least he said "But when a new player joines the server and I then execute the command on the new player" , so the player is online.
