It has stuff for command coooldowns, some methods of doing item cooldowns, and stuff about cooldown messages

i try this one
time between {cooldown::%player's uuid%} and now is less than 5 seconds:
message "On cooldown!" to player
else:
#do stuff
set {cooldown::%player's uuid%} to now didint work

ok so i did this but now it goes up not down
on right click:

player is holding 1 diamond sword of sharpness 5 and unbreaking 3 and fire aspect 2 and looting 3 and mending named "&7&m--&e&ka&6&lStregth Wand&e&ks&7&m--" with lore "&7Right click for 10s of stregth 4"
if player has player's tool on cooldown: #requires skript 2.8+
message "&cOn cooldown %time%" to player
stop
execute console command "effect give %player% minecraft:strength 11 3"

What is %time%? Also what do you mean it goes up and not down?

its like goes to 13 to 13.1 and %time% show how long
