Action bar (skRayFall)

With: set action bar of player to "Hi"
it only shows the action bar for a couple of seconds, then it fades away, how do I set the action bar to show forever?
(or is there any better way to add tiny texts above the hotbar?)

try looping it like this:
Ex:

command /oclock:
  trigger:
    loop 900 times:
      wait 2.5 seconds
      set action bar of player to "%time%"
