Bug Fixes & Shop Data Copy/Paste!

- Fixed bugs that allowed for scamming. (The skript now saves the current shop prices on buy/sell GUI opening, and uses those instead of updated prices. This prevents possible scamming due to exploits)

- Added the base /playershop command. It's not very useful yet, but I will make it more useful in the future.

- Added the copy wand. Obtain it by running the command "/playershop item copywand" with the permission "playershop.item.copywand". Shift + right click to copy data, shift + left click to paste data.
