Tried disabling BossBarAPI - This was causing another error
Deleting Config
Uploading a new config
Continuously restarting server
Hit head against desk a couple times
Put computer in a toaster

So for some odd reason, the config of skript has decided to go missing?
Before you brush me off, let me explain:
I just updated to 1.11.2 spigot and skript decided to stop working. I troubleshooted a bit and thought that it might be because skript only goes up to 1.11. I restarted and still had the same issue.
Keeping the server at 1.11 for troubleshooting purposes I went to the log and saw that the config was mentioned. I tried changing the config and nothing happened. I then noticed the little version at the bottom was still wrong which lead me to believe the config was outdated. I thought that deleting the config would re-generate it but, apparently, I didn't delete it. When the server restarts no config.sk is generated (I searched the entire plugins folder) but skript is still launching it from somewhere.
I Know I am editing the correct directory as all other plugin configs seem to be functioning normally.
Note: Skript is loading fine (green in /plugins) but when you try to reload any skripts, internal errors occur as seen in the hastebin above
Soo after a few hours of trying to figure this out, I come to here for advice.
