so no errors now but it seems like it doesn't want to lock the chat

That is the thing. You have all permissions. Deop yourself and your chat should be blocked!

even if i deop me i dont work and its not even writeing broadcast "{@prefix} &7Chatten er blevet Låst af &5%command sender%"

It works for my server, but it doesn't cancel the chat because I skripted a different type of talking/chatting system, but if your server doesn't broadcast their message like what it does on my server, then it should work! Have fun! Also, I am sorry because I am english, not german or what you talk, so some of the messages must be changed if you want it to be german because I just added it so you know what you can change it to!
